STORY

Go Green Taruparwa is a Series of Arts, Rich in Culture and Full of Life’s Meaning.

The story involves hundreds of artists, government figures such as the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, who is also a Sultan or King, Deputy Governor Sri Paduka Pakualam IX, Sleman Regent Mr. Sri Purnomo, Yogyakarta Military Commander, as well as religious leaders, cultural figures, major institutions like the TNI-Polri, civil servants, and students, who either participated in or attended to support this artistic work.

This is a series of noble artistic works, as it promotes two great things for the world:

  1. Enthusiasm for planting trees to preserve the environment.
  2. Instilling a spirit of brotherhood, unity, and togetherness to pass down a sustainable world and a peaceful earth to future generations.

The theatrical art presented is unique, rooted in cultural traditions, and includes symbolic acts promoting unity and togetherness performed by religious leaders by combining water from seven sacred springs into one vessel.

Additionally, there is an archery activity to defeat Buto Ijo (a symbol of evil, greed, and malice) by His Majesty Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X, as the Panglima Ing Alogo. This is a rare and highly symbolic moment.

The series of theatrical art, music (the uplifting Go Green Taruparwa song), Go Green Taruparwa painting, and the creative Beautiful Tree mascot form a unified art with the same theme, vision, and mission, initiated and created by the same artist (Liem Sian An), making it a "Multi Artform Masterpiece", noble and unique, the only one in the world, rich in cultural and life symbols, so that every human being can enjoy this artwork visually and audibly while embracing its grand vision and mission.
